ZKW系列智能型熱處理溫度控制箱是專門為履帶式和繩式遠紅外陶瓷電加熱器配套設計制造的焊前預熱焊后熱處理的設備。通過智能型FUSI-PXR系列溫度控制儀表來對被加熱物體所需要的溫度進行設定，并在此設定自動轉換可控硅的導通和截止，以達到溫度控制的目的，輸出電壓可以通過面板上的調壓旋扭來調節，面板上的電壓表所指電壓就是輸出在加熱器上的電壓，調壓元件為模塊設計，穩定性高。本控制箱可以接任意電壓的電加熱器。

       ZKWseries intelligent heat treatment temperature control box is a pre weld preheating and post weld heat treatment equipment specially designed and manufactured for caterpillar type and rope type far infrared ceramic electric heaters. The temperature required by the heated object is set by the intelligent FUSI-PXR series temperature control instrument, and the conduction and cut-off of the automatic conversion silicon controlled rectifier are set here to achieve the purpose of temperature control. The output voltage can be adjusted by the voltage regulating knob on the panel. The voltage indicated by the voltmeter on the panel is the voltage output on the heater. The voltage regulating element is designed as a module with high stability. The control box can be connected with electric heater of any voltage.
