遠紅外程控烘干保溫兩用焊條烘箱由箱體烘干室、保溫室及溫度控制室和溫度檢測元件（熱電偶）四部分組成。

箱體：采用質優冷軋簿鋼板制成，表面噴涂烤漆、與烘干室之間填充100mm以上的耐高溫纖維保溫材料。

烘干室、保溫室：根據遠紅外輻射加熱原理及氣體對流特性，箱內發熱體采用不銹鋼電熱管作為發熱元件，多層排列結構，保證焊條的烘烤質量，電焊條放置在抽屜式的擱架上，取用方便。

專門用于長度≤450毫米的各種焊條的烘干。如御去擱板后也可作其他加熱烘干之用。

The far-infrared programmable drying and insulation welding rod oven is composed of box drying room, insulation room, temperature control room and temperature detection element (thermocouple).

Box body: It is made of high-quality cold-rolled thin steel plate, the surface is sprayed with baking paint, and the high-temperature resistant fiber insulation material of more than 100mm is filled between it and the drying room.

Drying room and thermal insulation room: according to the principle of far infrared radiation heating and gas convection characteristics, the heating element in the box uses stainless steel electric heating tube as the heating element, with a multi-layer arrangement structure to ensure the baking quality of welding rods. The welding electrodes are placed on a drawer type shelf for easy access.

It is specially used for drying various welding rods with length ≤ 450mm. If the shelf is removed, it can also be used for other heating and drying purposes.
