焊劑烘干機由外箱體、烘干室、溫度控制系統等組成。

外箱體由質優鋼板及型鋼焊接而成，內箱體即烘干室選用耐熱不銹鋼板制成，內外箱體間充填硅酸鋁保溫材料。遠紅外不銹鋼電熱元件均布于烘干室內，烘干室下部裝有出料口，由活門、轉軸、手柄、配重桿等組成，出料時只需板動手柄，即打開活門，焊劑從出料口流出，平時在配重桿作用下使活門關閉。

溫度控制系統由溫控儀表、交流接觸器、小型斷路器、按鈕等組成。

The outer box is welded by high-quality steel plate and profile steel. The inner box, namely the drying chamber, is made of heat-resistant stainless steel plate. The inner and outer boxes are filled with aluminum silicate insulation materials. The far-infrared stainless steel electric heating elements are distributed in the drying room. The lower part of the drying room is equipped with a discharge port, which is composed of a valve, a rotary shaft, a handle, and a counterweight bar. When discharging, just move the handle to open the valve, and the flux flows out of the discharge port. Normally, the valve is closed under the action of the counterweight bar.

The temperature control system consists of temperature control instruments, AC contactors, miniature circuit breakers, buttons, etc.
